It appears to be for a slightly earlier version, as it dates from 9 August, 1996.
Meanwhile, the final game dates to 2 September, 1996.
To activate the in-game debug mode, enter SALMONAXE at any point during the game.
An help prompt leftover from an older version will appear on the command line if an invalid command line argument is entered.
