Level Select

While the level select dialog still exists in the game as DITL 400,
it instead normally shows a dialog box saying Harry sez: No more cheating!

Additional Error Messages

      Wait a second. I created a 1-bit GWorld, but its pixmap's pixelSize field is not 1!
      Whoa now. Someone passed me a pixmap that was not 8-bit according to the pixelSize field.
      WTF?! I created an 8-bit GWorld, but its pixmap's pixelSize field is not 8!
