The game has a unique system where each section of code is split into
.RKO (Russell Kay Overlay?) files. These are then chained together using
.RKB (Russell Kay Binary?) files and linked by L2.EXE. The .RKO files contain
symbols at the beginning of each file. The decompressed executable also has
some symbols at 0x5BB and 0x3D13.
Debug text regarding the loading these files is at 0x908 in
the decompressed executable.
A demo of the game also comes with INTRO.ASM, which is the raw form of INTRO.GAL
